UAI deploys the most advanced aluminium extrusion technology controlled by PLC system capable of producing 6082, 6061, 6005, 6106, 6063, 6060, and 1070 aluminium alloy.
We are capable of producing various extrusion profiles depending on our customers’ requirements including: T1, T4, T5, T52and T6.
Furthermore, our heat treatment process also has computerized control, ensuring that our extrusion profiles are up to standard and durable for all types of application.
There are nine extrusion presses currently in service. With the capability of producing more than 3,000 tons of aluminum per month.
