Our foundry is capable of producing various alloy grades including 6082, 6061, 6005, 6106, 6063, 6060 and 1070
Moreover, the customer can choose the diameter size from 3 – 7 inches, with the available length from 5.8-6 meters. Chemical composition quality is thoroughly examined with spectrometer. Our alloy goes through heat treatment process in homogenizer oven imported from Germany, producing billets that are up to standards.
We currently have the capability to produce up to 40,000 tons of aluminium billet per year.
UAI is also capable of producing up to 2,000 tons of different grades of ingot aluminium alloy such as LM6, ADC12 and AC4B etc.
